Eradicate Fear

Trepidation can control our thought patterns (usually negative) which can result in isolation, separation, and cause irrational fear! Fear is counterproductive; it can lead to resentment or hatred in the end, in some cases to apathy. Trust exterminates fear, trust and fear doesn’t co-exist simultaneously, they are two different energies entirely. Life happens to us all, but there’s a big difference between having fear and being driven by your fears. It can inflate your insecurities and anxieties. Letting go of fears allows us to tap into our power, and radiate inner strength and charismatic energy to the rest of the world. eradicate-fear

Fear of Intimacy

eradicate-fear Fears pose an actual danger that needs to be understood, and reduced every bit as much as the threat from any physical hazard. Fear is a part of life whether it is fear of war and terrorism, or the general fear of intimacy. As described by Wikipedia, “fear of intimacy is generally a social phobia and anxiety disorder resulting in difficulty forming close relationships with another person.” Fear of intimacy may be based in intuition about oneself: ignoring it and pressing forward may be a terribly bad idea. We have to admit we want to love and be loved. Keeping away from love will just starve that part of us craving for it. Love is not an absolute feeling. It is unique to the two people involved, which is what makes it so damn amazing. No love is ever the same between two people. It involves being vulnerable, honest, and taking risk. With these in mind, trust becomes hope. Hope happens when something concrete hits our awareness in a profound way. eradicate-fear

“There is no wealth like knowledge, and no poverty like ignorance.”

I believe it is most healing (to eradicate fear) when we talk about how and why we feel fearful with a trusted friend. When you are no longer afraid, you are completely free.

Psalm 23:4

Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.

Isaiah 41:10

Do not fear, for I am with you

1 John 4:18

There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves punishment, and the one who fears is not perfected in love.
