Take the time to set your life goals. From personal experience, it makes a world of a difference.

Many individuals feel as though they’re abandoned in the world. They engross gigantic efforts at work, yet they don’t appear to get anywhere meaningful. When setting goals, your aim should conform with lifetime objectives. Commence to writing down your goals. Having a target, or milestones, to reach becomes critical in your ability to achieve more. Create a daily To-Do List. Your To-Do-List should be things that you can do today, which will work towards your lifetime goals.

Set SMART goals! (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and time-bound)

Personal Goal: I want to be more Positive

Thinking positive is imperative! But; being enthusiastic and putting your thoughts to action is more important. Act decidedly, make a move as opposed to disclosing to yourself you can’t, be positive. Converse with individuals emphatically, place vitality into your activities. You’ll soon begin to see a difference.

2 Chronicles 15:7

But as for you, be strong and do not give up, for your work will be rewarded.

Physical Goal: I want to Lose Weight

Studies has proven that the benefits of eating well and exercising will boost happiness levels. In addition to reducing your risk of heart disease, it will increase self-confidence. More important you will lose weight! All you have to do is take a walk a few times a week, and you’ll see benefits.

Something you may want to consider, people change and so does what’s important to them. Just try to focus on the things that are important to you currently. Clarify each of your goals with a specific target and a clearly defined outcome. You should be able to picture what your life will be like when you achieve the goal.
